
Role Overview:
Miaplaza is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its remote team supporting homeschool education across the United States. In this full-time position, the Specialist will provide assistance through phone, email, chat, and social media. The role involves handling a high volume of interactions, offering expert advice, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of communications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of work experience, including at least two years in a customer-facing role.
- Reliable access to a computer or laptop (camera preferred) with high-speed internet.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with technology and the capacity to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in a live chat or customer support environment is advantageous but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $21.50, based on experience and market factors.
