
Role Overview:
Miaplaza is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital marketing initiatives on a fully remote, full-time basis. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, and more. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, content, and development—to implement data-driven strategies that enhance online visibility, improve user acquisition, and drive conversions. Initially, the position is hands-on with campaign management and is expected to transition into a more strategic leadership role as the marketing team grows.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with a proven record in performance-driven D2C campaigns.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience managing quarterly advertising budgets of no less than $100,000.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Additional Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics such as CAC and ROAS.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor team members.
- Preferred Experience:
- Background in podcast advertising, influencer campaigns, or affiliate marketing.
- Previous work experience in the EdTech sector or a strong understanding of the K-12 educational landscape.
- Demonstrated career progression and increased responsibilities in prior roles.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $35.00 to $56.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and market data.
