
Role Overview
A leading Fortune 5 organization is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from healthcare providers and medical offices. In this role, individuals will address questions regarding prior authorizations, collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, and uphold service-level standards. Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role
- Familiarity with Windows or Microsoft applications
- High-volume call center experience preferred
- Prior exposure to healthcare processes (insurance, benefits, prescriptions) is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED (verified)
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate range: $17.00 – $31.30 (actual compensation depends on experience and location)
