Over a four-week paid training period (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST), new hires become familiar with company systems and procedures. After training, shifts may vary between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (EST) and could include weekends or holidays, reflecting the demands of a customer-centric organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Required Skills:
    • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail setting.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Trauma-informed care training
    • Exposure to care management
    • Experience in a production environment
    • Familiarity with de-escalations
    • One to two years of healthcare or Medicaid experience
    • Previous telework experience
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
