Omni Interactions is offering a contractual customer support role that begins on March 18, 2025. Individuals will provide phone, chat, or ticket-based support to clients in a remote capacity. This position allows for a flexible schedule and requires completion of an on-demand certification course prior to the start date.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technology and Equipment:
Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (no tablets or Chromebooks)
Wired USB headset with a microphone
High-speed, wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps download); mobile home or satellite internet is not accepted
Updated antivirus software
Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad for authentication
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients accept Apple OS)
