Customer Support (US-Remote – Work From Home) with Omni Interactions

Role Overview

Omni Interactions is offering a contractual customer support role that begins on March 18, 2025. Individuals will provide phone, chat, or ticket-based support to clients in a remote capacity. This position allows for a flexible schedule and requires completion of an on-demand certification course prior to the start date.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Technology and Equipment:
    • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (no tablets or Chromebooks)
    • Wired USB headset with a microphone
    • High-speed, wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps download); mobile home or satellite internet is not accepted
    • Updated antivirus software
    • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad for authentication
    • Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients accept Apple OS)
  • Work Environment:
    • Quiet, uninterrupted space
    • Organized desk area
  • Location Restrictions:
    Positions are not open for residents in Alaska, Allenspark (CO), California, Coal Creek Canyon (CO), Connecticut, Delaware, Denver (CO), Edgewater (CO), Eldora (CO), Eldorado Springs (CO), Flagstaff (AZ), Gold Hill (CO), Gunbarrel (CO), Hawaii, Hygiene (CO), Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minneapolis (MN), New Jersey, New York, Niwot (CO), Oregon, Rhode Island, St. Paul (MN), Tucson (AZ), Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting rate of $17 per hour
  • Independent contractor model providing the freedom to set personal schedules

Please note this is an independent contractor role. There are no paid vacation, sick leave, or employee-specific benefits such as health insurance or retirement packages.
