
Role Overview
This contract position involves providing customer service on behalf of Fortune 500 clients through inbound phone calls, and possibly chat or email. Contractors address a range of inquiries in both English and Spanish. Most scheduled work occurs on weekdays during daytime hours, but individuals have flexibility to select schedules that suit their availability.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Consistently professional, empathetic, and friendly approach
- Ability to work independently, using organizational and technical skills
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (no tablets or Chromebooks), wired USB headset with microphone, and high-speed wired internet (10 Mbps or higher download speed)
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some programs accept AppleOS)
- Smart phone or tablet (Android or iOS) for authentication app usage
- Antivirus software installed and up to date
- Residence outside unapproved locations (listed by Omni Interactions)
Compensation and Benefits
Contractors typically earn between $17 and $20 per hour, with rates varying by client. Earnings depend on active phone call status, and some programs offer incentives based on performance metrics.
