  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Licensing: A Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to process documentation accurately are essential. A working knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and related processes is expected.
