Qualifications and Requirements
- Type ≥30 WPM with high accuracy; 10-key proficiency required
- Proficient in MS Office and internet research
- Pass internet speed test: ≥25 Mbps download, ≥5 Mbps upload, ping ≤175 ms (ethernet only)
- High school diploma or GED; ≥18 years old; U.S. work eligibility; clear background/drug screen
- Basic knowledge of medical claims processing preferred
- Residence in eligible states (e.g., AL, AR, AZ, …, WI, WY); not open in AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, MT, NY, WA or certain metros
