Role Overview

Concentrix is seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to work from home, handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries about Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products. In this role, you’ll navigate multiple systems to advise on coverage options, process new and amended enrollments, and deliver expert service that turns routine interactions into positive experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
Active resident P&C insurance license (no appointments required) and current NPN number.
High school diploma or GED, verifiable.
Strong computer navigation skills; comfort multitasking across systems.
High-speed wired internet (≥50 Mbps combined) and a smartphone.
Must reside in the U.S. or have a valid U.S. address.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, never below applicable minimum wage. Eligible employees enjoy paid training (6 weeks classroom + 7 weeks transition), performance incentives, and generous referral bonuses.
