Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Active resident P&C insurance license (no appointments required) and current NPN number.
- High school diploma or GED, verifiable.
- Strong computer navigation skills; comfort multitasking across systems.
- High-speed wired internet (≥50 Mbps combined) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the U.S. or have a valid U.S. address.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, never below applicable minimum wage. Eligible employees enjoy paid training (6 weeks classroom + 7 weeks transition), performance incentives, and generous referral bonuses.
