
Role Overview
Nelnet is seeking a Workday Learning Administration Analyst to provide expert administrative and technical support for its Workday Learning system within the NDS Training and Development team. The role involves managing system access requests, handling billing reports, and administering course content to ensure data integrity. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining digital courses, monitoring system updates, analyzing data trends, and providing on-the-job training and support to internal customers. The successful candidate will lead projects, manage test scenarios, and ensure best practices are followed for efficient training administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative or technical support role, with expert-level experience using Workday Learning.
- Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Word.
- Familiarity with designing and managing SharePoint sites, workflows via Power Automate, and dashboards using Power BI.
The position offers an annual salary range of $52,000 to $62,000.
