
Role Overview
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a full-time, remote position based in the United States. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to products and services, and providing comprehensive support. The position requires candidates to work from a private home office equipped with a reliable DSL or Cable Internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload). Alorica provides the necessary equipment, which may include a webcam, to ensure that remote operations run smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the position:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Demonstrate strong computer navigational skills
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
