This role involves handling inbound calls, ensuring that each customer receives a seamless and satisfactory service experience—all from the comfort of a private home workspace. The position demands a commitment to a 40-hour work week with designated working hours between 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM Arizona time, including weekend and holiday availability. New hires will participate in a paid, two-week training program that uses a combination of instructor-led sessions, interactive activities, and e-learning modules via U-Haul University, ensuring that candidates are well-prepared to begin handling customer calls from their first week.
