The position demands a commitment to a 40-hour work week with designated working hours between 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM Arizona time, including weekend and holiday availability. New hires will participate in a paid, two-week training program that uses a combination of instructor-led sessions, interactive activities, and e-learning modules via U-Haul University, ensuring that candidates are well-prepared to begin handling customer calls from their first week.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the remote Customer Service Agent role should meet the following criteria:

  • Availability: Commitment to a 40-hour work week with mandatory shifts on weekends and holidays.
  • Customer Engagement:
