Qualifications and Requirements

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in phone-based customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use a computer effectively, along with skills in managing multiple tasks concurrently.

- A screenshot showing a minimum of 80% on the Facial Recognition Assessment.
- Completion of the Computer Literacy and Typing Assessment.
- Equipment and Environment:
- A private and quiet workspace at home.
- A computer that meets the specified technical requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 11.
- Minimum RAM: 16GB (32GB recommended).
- Processor: Minimum CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (10,000 recommended).
