
Role Overview
Foundever is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Insurance Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. In this role, the selected candidate will provide customer support for one of the largest insurance providers in the United States. The position involves handling inbound customer inquiries, providing solutions, and navigating system tools to retrieve necessary information. As a virtual customer service agent, the candidate is expected to maintain a distraction-free workspace and adhere to strict guidelines during training and work hours, including the requirement for a quiet environment and a visible webcam presence.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Residency: Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Availability: Open availability during operating hours is required, with the flexibility to work weekend shifts as needed.
- Technical Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace is necessary during training and regular work hours.
- A hardwired high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- The candidate must use their own computer or tablet (excluding certain devices such as Kindle Fire tablets), and cell phones are not permitted for training.
- Customer Service Aptitude: Strong professional customer service skills, reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and system tools effectively.
