Customer Experience Agent – Work From Home with Alorica
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems and guiding others through challenges. As part of Alorica’s virtual team, agents respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions to ensure accuracy. The role isn’t limited to answering questions—representatives also have opportunities to suggest new or upgraded services when appropriate, helping customers get the most from what they already use.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
Strong computer navigation abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
