
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls or through the internet, assisting them with inquiries related to products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support using a call flow guide.
- Assisting customers with purchases and post-order support.
- Promoting additional products or services.
- Maintaining knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
- Documenting interactions in databases.
Qualifications and Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess:
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- High-speed internet connection (excluding wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Residency in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
