Role Overview

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (automotive background preferred)
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, solution-oriented approach and genuine passion for the automotive industry

Compensation and Benefits
