What You’ll Do
- Led key product initiatives focused on delivering a seamless experience for patients across various care needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, create solutions, and align on strategy.
- Present roadmaps and progress to executive leadership.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and business priorities to inform decisions.
- Create product briefs and requirement documents to guide teams through execution.
- Build a product culture that values curiosity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop a deep understanding of member needs and continuously aim to exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven record of delivering impactful products.
- Experience in healthcare and consumer-facing virtual care products.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Experience building enterprise-grade products from the ground up.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Bonus: Experience in B2B2C models is a plus—especially if you’re passionate about understanding both client and end-user needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Eligible
- Location: Fully remote
