Representatives handle 50–70 calls each day, resolving questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and financial spending accounts in a single interaction whenever possible. By drawing on UnitedHealth Group’s tools—such as myuhc.com—and their own empathy and compassion, CSRs guide customers through plan options, enrollment, and troubleshooting. Training lasts 18 weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST (100% attendance required, no PTO during training). After that, representatives transition to one of seven rotating eight-hour shifts within the 8:00 am–8:00 pm EST window, with occasional overtime as needed.
