Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting others? NexRep is currently seeking a Temporary Resource Specialist to join their team in a fully remote role. This non-exempt, full-time, temporary position offers the chance to work behind the scenes with independent contractors who deliver sales and customer service on behalf of NexRep’s clients.

As a Resource Specialist, you will be a central point of contact for NexRep contractors—providing real-time assistance via chat, delivering performance feedback, maintaining up-to-date client resources, and helping to ensure client KPIs are consistently met.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with particularly strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Skill in providing constructive feedback to independent contractors
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable hosting one-on-one and group coaching sessions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings (travel expenses reimbursed)
