Pro Customer Facilitator– Remote (North Carolina)- with Lowe’s

Pro Customer Facilitator develops and delivers training materials for field technicians and market managers. Responsibilities include creating multimedia content—such as eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and demonstration videos—and maintaining trainee records. The trainer collaborates with project leadership to ensure curricula reflect current policies, procedures, regulations and technologies. Sessions may occur during daytime or evening hours, with remedial and follow-up training as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of two years in a training or instructional design role
    • At least five years of technical experience with major appliances, HVAC systems or electrical troubleshooting
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional technical platforms
    • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation and coaching abilities
    • Capacity to apply adult learning principles and adapt content to varied learner needs
    • Aptitude for project scheduling, KPI reporting and timeline management
  • Preferred
    • EPA Universal Certification

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $59,800–$99,900 annually (varies by experience, education and location)
