
Stryker is hiring a Customer Experience Supervisor for a fully remote position with occasional travel requirements (approximately 10%). Daily tasks involve:

- Supporting new product launches from a customer service perspective
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns
- Implementing process improvements to boost operational efficiency
This position is remote but requires availability for quarterly in-person events such as training, meetings, or team-building activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer service-related position
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency or experience with:
- SAP (enterprise resource planning software)
- Salesforce (customer relationship management platform)
- Genesys (cloud-based call center platform)
- Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or a regulated industry
- Familiarity with call center operations or managing remote service teams

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from $60,100 to $121,600 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The actual salary offered will depend on experience, location, and other qualifications.
