Role Overview
As a Remote Implementation Scribe Trainer at ScribeAmerica, you will conduct live virtual training sessions for incoming scribes, develop and update training materials, and collaborate with operations to track learner progress. Your focus will be on teaching best practices in electronic health record (EHR) documentation and providing feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical scribe or clinical documentation specialist
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and medical terminology
- Experience delivering virtual training or coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and learning management systems
