Customer Service Representative – CCC Mountain/Pacific Time Zones PNC

This remote position serves PNC customers who reach out to the Customer Care Center from the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to products, online navigation, and account details. Each interaction involves direct communication with customers and collaboration with internal or external service partners to resolve issues or fulfill service requests. Representatives follow PNC’s CARES model—delivering Courtesy, Accuracy, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Solutions—while documenting each contact and completing necessary service tasks. As a remote role, work must be performed from a private home space approved by PNC, ensuring confidentiality for customer information.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education & Experience: No college degree is required. Successful candidates typically have less than one year of related experience or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
  • Technical Requirements: A dedicated workspace with a closable door for privacy. High-speed internet with a direct wired connection (cable or fiber) capable of at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds; DSL, satellite, cellular, microwave, Broadband Powerline (BPL), or wireless-only connections are not supported.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Decision making, problem solving, and managing multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $34,000 – $59,800 (varies by geographic location, market data, individual skills, experience, and education)
