
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems and guiding others through challenges. As part of Alorica’s virtual team, agents respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions to ensure accuracy. The role isn’t limited to answering questions—representatives also have opportunities to suggest new or upgraded services when appropriate, helping customers get the most from what they already use.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
- Strong computer navigation abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication; professionalism, attentiveness, and patience.
- Private, quiet at-home workspace located at the address on file.
- Alorica provides required equipment (which may include a webcam).
- Direct broadband internet (DSL or cable only) with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless connections.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $15 per hour (full-time).
