Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Private, secure workspace free from distractions
- Reliable private internet connection (cable or fiber) with sufficient download speeds
- Ability to operate effectively in a virtual environment, complying with internet security standards
- Residency in the continental United States (excluding California, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $21 (equivalent to $43,680 annually)
