CVS Health Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate — Fully Remote (Customer Care)

CVS Health seeks an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate to operate within a fast-paced service environment where accuracy and attentive communication are central. The position supports the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services by managing both inbound and outbound interactions, guiding members and partners through established processes, and maintaining service standards across a high volume of daily contacts.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required

  • 1+ year of call center experience.
  • 1+ year of medical/healthcare experience.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

Preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience as a medical assistant, office assistant, or other medical role.
  • Strong customer service skills, including proactive issue identification and resolution to support positive member outcomes.
  • Computer literacy to navigate internal and external systems.
  • Ability to participate effectively on multidisciplinary teams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology; effective telephonic, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High professionalism when interacting with clients, internal departments, and vendors.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:$17.00 – $34.15 per hour

The actual base offer depends on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations.
