  • 2+ years working with Athena (or another EHR system)
  • 2+ years with Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience resolving escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • A quiet home office setup with dependable, high-speed internet
