
In this fully remote position on the Arise® Platform, representatives field inbound calls from bank partners, merchants and cardholders. Each interaction requires active listening, clear communication and the ability to troubleshoot basic electronic-payment inquiries. The program moves at a brisk pace, with a steady flow of service requests that range from balance questions to technical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial-services environment within the past two years
- Financial-services support background preferred but not mandatory
- Quiet, secure home workspace
- Ethernet connection with:
- Ping under 50 ms
- Download speed above 25 Mbps
- Upload speed above 10 Mbps
- PC or laptop meeting a “16 gigabytes internet speed” requirement (per equipment guide)
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Nice to have:
- Two-plus years in a customer-facing call center—ideally with online bill-pay, banking or technical-support services
- Minimum two years using customer-service software, CRM systems or virtual-support channels (email, chat, video)
Compensation and Benefits
- Potential revenue: $14.50 USD per hour**
- Typical range (middle 50%): $10.26–12.88 USD per hour***
- Rates combine a base pay with potential performance or urgent-service incentives; Platform Usage Fees are not deducted
