Remote Customer Service and Support Representative (Fintech Program) Arise
In this fully remote position on the Arise® Platform, representatives field inbound calls from bank partners, merchants and cardholders. Each interaction requires active listening, clear communication and the ability to troubleshoot basic electronic-payment inquiries. The program moves at a brisk pace, with a steady flow of service requests that range from balance questions to technical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
At least one year of consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial-services environment within the past two years
Financial-services support background preferred but not mandatory
Quiet, secure home workspace
