
This permanent, part-time role is fully remote, with the flexibility to choose any two full workdays per week—or alternatively, four days at four hours each. The Payroll Specialist:

Administers statements of payment and compiles them

Processes taxes and payment of employee benefits

Addresses payroll issues and questions from employees and executives

Prepares payroll reports for upper management, the finance department, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist handling U.S. payroll

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

Trustworthy, with strict attention to confidentiality

Outstanding organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
