Technical and Customer Experience Advisor – Work From Home (US) with Transcom

As a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll serve as the friendly voice for a leading telecommunications provider, guiding customers through smartphone, tablet and computer issues while also handling account questions, enrollments, cancellations and billing disputes. Each inbound call is an opportunity to turn frustration into satisfaction—using active listening, clear explanations and your technical toolkit to resolve issues efficiently from your home office.

Qualifications and Requirements

This full‑time role (32–40 hours/week) demands disciplined adherence to schedule, strong multitasking skills and empathy for customers in conflict situations. Key requirements:

  • Age 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Reliable attendance for assigned shifts—including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Typing speed of ≥30 WPM and proficiency with multiple computer applications
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues step‑by‑step while navigating several systems simultaneously
  • Calm conflict‑resolution skills and service‑orientation

Preferred: prior call‑center or technical‑support experience; familiarity with financial‑transaction processes (e.g. enrolling, canceling or disputing services).

Compensation and Benefits
