
Hilton Grand Vacations is currently seeking an Inbound Collector to join their remote team, exclusively available to candidates residing in the Central Florida area. This role focuses primarily on handling inbound calls related to past-due mortgage or maintenance accounts. It requires a firm understanding of collections, excellent customer service, and compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Team members in this position support owners by explaining account terms and helping resolve delinquency issues through effective communication and documentation. Less than 30% of time may involve outbound or non-call-based collections activities.

- Effective knowledge retention and recall

- FDCPA certification (training provided as needed)
- Must reside in the Orlando, FL area
