Customer Service Specialist (Remote) – Miaplaza

Location: 100% Remote within the United States
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Work Schedule

Customer Service Specialists work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Miaplaza’s support operation runs 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, and candidates from any U.S. time zone are eligible to apply.

Candidates must be available for a five-day workweek, with the expectation that two of those days may be Saturday and Sunday. Holiday work may also be assigned based on availability, preference, or scheduling rotation.

  • Mid Shift: 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. ET / 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. PT
  • Evening Shift: 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. ET / 11:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. PT

Compensation and Benefits

The expected starting pay range for this role is $18.24 to $25.06 per hour. Miaplaza states that compensation decisions take into account market data, internal equity, and regional differences in labor and living costs.
