
Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll serve as the voice of a leading online
apparel and accessories retailer, engaging with customers through phone, email, chat, SMS, and social channels.
From walking a customer through an online tuxedo rental order to troubleshooting an account issue, you’ll be the
person customers trust to deliver clear answers and a warm, authentic experience.You’ll be equipped with training, modern software tools, and the support of a diverse, collaborative team. But at
the heart of it, success in this role comes down to your ability to connect with people, listen actively, and
provide solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and customer service ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to type 35+ words per minute
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup that meets technical requirements for remote work
Applicants must currently live in one of these states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, NM, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX,
UT, VA, or WI. Preferred candidates may also have call center experience, previous remote work history, or
familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, or Salesforce. As with all roles
at VIPdesk Connect, passing background checks is required where permitted by state and local regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, remote position with a pay rate of $18 per hour.
