Pro Customer Facilitator develops and delivers training materials for field technicians and market managers. Responsibilities include creating multimedia content—such as eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and demonstration videos—and maintaining trainee records. The trainer collaborates with project leadership to ensure curricula reflect current policies, procedures, regulations and technologies. Sessions may occur during daytime or evening hours, with remedial and follow-up training as required.

Education & Experience
