Remote Internship Employer Relations Partner I with Southern New Hampshire University

Serving as the bridge between Southern New Hampshire University’s Career Services team and the wider business community, the Internship Employer Relations Partner I builds and nurtures internship and experiential learning opportunities. Working remotely across approved states, this role combines strategic outreach, data-driven planning and event coordination to ensure students gain valuable real-world experience. Reporting to the Career Team Lead, the partner will design employer engagement strategies, craft internship descriptions that meet accreditation standards, and track workforce trends to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years’ experience in employer relations or internship program support
  • Proven ability to conduct sustained employer outreach and develop targeted recruiting plans
  • Solid Excel skills (data entry, worksheet maintenance, basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with Handshake for job postings, events and student-employer matchmaking
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours, including occasional evenings, in line with program needs

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $42,607 to $68,185, with most offers falling between $47,081 and $63,698, based on experience and internal equity. Full-time staff enjoy:
