Remote Patient Experience Service Representative with Midi Health
Midi Health is hiring a Patient Experience Service Representative to support its fully remote team. The position plays a central role in connecting patients with clinicians and internal staff, guiding them from scheduling to billing with professionalism and care.
Day-to-day work includes:
Serving as the first point of contact for patients, primarily by phone
Handling both inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, billing, and support
Addressing escalated or sensitive concerns with discretion and empathy
Recording interactions in Zendesk and the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Coordinating across departments to ensure the timely resolution of issues
Sharing feedback to help improve the overall patient journey
