Career Builder has listed several jobs that they say have a higher demand than available applicants, and do not require a 4-year degree. There have been more job postings for these positions than there have been new hires. Although these jobs do not require a 4-year degree, there are some that may require some career training or certification. One example is the medical assistant occupation.
